Rami Hallac, Ph.D. Titles and Appointments Associate Professor Schools Medical School Departments Plastic Surgery Biography Dr. Hallac is the Director of Research at the Analytical Imaging and Modeling (AIM) Center at Children’s Medical Center and an Associate Professor at UT Southwestern. Using 3D imaging, modeling, and printing, Dr. Hallac works to improve pediatric surgical care by developing patient-specific solutions for surgical planning. His expertise in 3D imaging and modeling has enabled objective assessment of anatomical deformities and postoperative outcomes. He has also developed machine learning algorithms that have met or exceeded conventional diagnostic standards. With a strong focus on patient safety, Dr. Hallac has advanced imaging protocols designed to minimize radiation exposure during craniofacial assessments. His research and publications reflect a commitment to integrating innovative technology with medicine to improve pediatric diagnosis, surgical planning, and patient care.
